Jean-Paul Boutibou is based in Dubai and has in-depth knowledge of the Middle East and African markets. The other investors bring real expertise of the Asia-Pacific market. All have spent most of their careers in the aerospace sector, including as Vice Presidents at Airbus and Bombardier, accumulating considerable industry expertise.
The entry of Jean-Paul Boutibou and private investors in Léman Aviation’s capital is aimed at financing the group’s growth through its various activities, carried out by its subsidiaries: aircraft transactions via Léman Aviation, the airline Alpes Hélicoptères, and maintenance provided by Alpes Maintenance (Part 145). In addition to financial investment, they bring their expertise in their respective markets and their skills in transactions and airline management.
